Decoiler
Holds the master coil and pays it off under control, with an expanding mandrel sized to your coil bore.
- 02
Pinch roll and leveler
Threads the strip head and takes out coil set, so the strip enters the knives flat.
- 03
Slitter
Rotary knives on two arbors cut the strip to width. On double-head machines the next knife set is prepared while the first one runs.
- 04
Scrap winder
Winds the trimmed edges away from the line so the operator never handles loose scrap.
- 05
Looping pit
Stores slack between slitter and recoiler, absorbing the small differences in strip length across the width.

Tension stand
Puts back tension on every strip so coils wind tight. Belt-type units protect galvanized and coated surfaces.

Recoiler
Winds the finished strips side by side, with separator discs keeping each coil straight-edged.
- 08
Shear and stacker
On cut-to-length lines a rotary or flying shear cuts sheets to length and a stacker builds the bundle.

Electrical control
PLC control with a touch-screen operator panel. Siemens or ABB components can be specified, and the line is wired for your local supply.

What do you need from us for a quotation?
Material and grade, thickness range, coil width, weight and inner diameter, the finished strip widths or sheet sizes, and the output you need. A photo or drawing of your floor space helps with the layout.
Can the line run on our local power supply?
Yes. Voltage and frequency are configured to your supply when the line is built.
Can we see the line before it ships?
Yes. We run every line in our factory before shipment, and you can join the trial on a live video call or visit us in Foshan.
Do you install and commission the line?
